The LD Systems ZONE 624 is a versatile, fully-equipped 4-zone mixer designed for a wide range of commercial applications, including bars, restaurants, gyms, places of worship, and other multi-zone audio systems.
This compact 3U rackmount mixer offers extensive connectivity, providing 6 line and 2 microphone channels that can be assigned to either stereo or mono master outputs. Ideal for multi-zone systems, it also supports input from an external emergency announcement system, and includes a remote-controlled switching mute feature.
With 12V phantom power, Talkover functions, and a shared 3-band EQ for the balanced microphone channels, the ZONE 624 provides professional-grade audio control. It features 6 stereo input channels with individual gain control, signal and peak LEDs, 45mm faders, and RCA connections. Channel 6 additionally includes balanced TRS inputs for FOH signals, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of audio sources. A USB port serves as a stereo input and output (acting as an external audio interface), and there’s also a switchable 3.5mm aux input for other devices.
The mixer’s master and zone outputs use electronically balanced XLR and terminal block connectors, and the maximum output level can be individually set for each zone. The 3 mono outputs feature a 2-band EQ, a selectable 100 Hz high-pass filter, and a MIC mute switch for flexible control. The stereo output has a 3-band EQ and a Talkover sensitivity control for smooth transitions between audio levels.
The ZONE 624 also includes recording output, LED chain level meters, and a PFL headphone jack for previewing audio. With its intuitive layout and flexible features, it’s the ideal solution for managing audio across multiple zones in larger venues.
